Meet your meat and The truth abut your protein
Hey all how were your holidays .? I hope good .For the most part good here but stress as well.Is it ever not stessing with all that goes with the holidays?But there is still alot to be thankful for.God is always looking out for us.MY SUBJECT TODAY MAY SEEM CONTROVERSIAL TO SOME BUT IS THE TRUTH AND SOMETHING WE NEED TO PRAY AND THINK ABOUT.The two subjects go together as some of the high protein diets have definately caused a greater need for the production and greed for meat.In the bible they did not eat meat daily it was periodically and at special times and had to be under kosher circumstances.The way these animals are killed and raised are definately not kosher. http://www.meat.org/It is an outright sin.Many are butchered while still alive.That will give us a greater amount of pain endorphins when we eat it.Also the illnesses and lameness they get from the antibiotics will cause reactions in us too.Why would the chemicals make them sick and not us?Please watch the video and keep the tissues nearby as it will break your heart.I am not saying never eat meat but pleses get it from humane sources and decrease the amount you are eating.There are many other sources of complete proteins.Quinoa ,millet,sunflower seeds,and goji berries to name a few.Plus just combining two or more grains or beans ,nuts and seeds and you have complete proteins.We shouldn't be asking how can I get enough protein but how can I not get so much.This leads me to my next subject THE TRUTH ABOUT PROTEIN.This is a teleseminar link from Dr. Tel-Oren about protein and the misconceptions that will blow your socks off.He is an amazing doctor and has a series of free seminars that he has made available to us to listen to over the internet and they are good.Please take the time to listen.He also has ones on othrer subjects that I will be giving links to or you can go on his site and listen to them whhenever you would like.The fact is too much protein is the number one cause of acidity and is very toxic and disease causing in our bodies.It is a stimulant and the reason we think we have to have so much is because we are not getting enough nutrition.Once you start eating 75% or more in fruits and vegetables you don't need all that protein anymore because you are getting enough nutrients asnd your energy stays up and your blood sugar stays balanced ,Your inflammation goes down and you will start to deage,If you want to look old just start eating mega doses of protein.The reason people lose weight fromit is because it dehydrates them.If you want to lose weight and get beautiful and feel good go on a largely raw food diet.I have been doing this for about two months and even largely through the holidays and I will never turn back.It truly is the fountain of youth .To learn more and get the facts listen to the doctor.Here is the linkhttp://www.thetruthaboutyourfood.com/teleseminars.php?eventid=4617678
